The early bird tickets, released on Friday, October 24, 2025, under a Black Friday theme, were snapped up by eager patrons in less than three hours. In a statement, the event organizers, Event Hulks, admitted they were caught off guard by the sheer volume of interest.
“We appreciate the overwhelming support from our patrons across the country, particularly in Harare,” said management. “We did not anticipate that Doek and Slay would draw stadium-level numbers.”

"For future purposes, we would like to assure our devoted patrons that we are working on making tickets more widely available on online platforms and securing a bigger venue to expand our early bird capacity.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and encourage all those who missed the sale to look out for the Phase 1 ticket sale.
