The Disputed Claims During the show, Ngobese-Zuma alleged as fact that foreign nationals commit 60% of serious crimes in Gauteng, are building secret military bases, smuggling explosives, and paying off police. She also claimed local NGOs use foreign funding to buy weapons. Presenter Ashraf Garda did not challenge these claims on air.

Because the claims were broadcast without verification or immediate journalistic pushback, the BCCSA found SAFM in breach of its code of conduct, leading to a forced public apology by the station.

The politician uses public rallies to reiterate her stance against foreign nationals.

Ngobese-Zuma, who leads the anti-immigrant organization March and March, has shown no signs of softening her rhetoric following the BCCSA ruling. In fact, she has actively doubled down.

If her legal team can indeed prove that foreign nationals are responsible for 60% of Gauteng's serious crimes, or that secret military bases exist, it would be a massive vindication for her and a staggering indictment of state security.

However, if the BCCSA rejects this "evidence" as insufficient or fabricated, it will severely damage her political credibility and reinforce the regulator's decision that SAFM allowed dangerous xenophobic disinformation to air unchecked. The nation now waits to see exactly what "evidence" her lawyers have placed on the commissioner's desk.
