The fact that infants and toddlers make up a significant portion of this list is a sickening indictment of the greed and negligence that allowed over 150 souls onto a 90-capacity vessel. The international condolences from Egypt, South Africa, China, and Palestine offer comfort, but they cannot replace accountability.
