The fatal sequence unfolded on the evening of Thursday, 23 July 2026, as the Highlanders leadership team traveled back from their 1-0 defeat against ZPC Kariba on Wednesday. The accident occurred at Lochard, a stretch of road located approximately 50 kilometres outside Bulawayo.
The Initial Impact
