In a recent interview, Mahendere elaborated on his inspiration for this unique project: "The voice you used to enjoy some years ago is back with a punch," he declared. He acknowledges the growing popularity of amapiano among the youth, and strategically uses these energetic rhythms to deliver a powerful message. "I discovered that our youths need to enjoy... I have devised a strategy of putting myself on hard core Amapiano so that they can enjoy whilst listening to a positive message that can guide them, teach them and shape them to be of good characters," he revealed.
